The first contractor we took care of that is known as MJS Drywall and Taping back in 2007 still our client today, as most of the contractors stay after trying our services. We have always delivered estimates on time and have developed a system that make us very accurate in our calculations. The ranges of contracts we get awarded goes from 10K to 10 Million, you can see some samples here. We are serving contractors who have been in business for years, showing a constant growth with our support, that is one of our greatest prides. Our estimating services has been extended to a wide range of trades like carpentry, masonry, concrete, MEP, and finishes. We are focused on professionally analyzing the construction costs of each new project that is entrusted to us in order to empower our clients with prices that allow them to negotiate and obtain new contracts. This estimating service put our clients in a competitive position that is beneficial and attractive to both his business and his clients.

- Workforce: The Work is executed and supervised by professionals under the direction of the architect José Paz, who has more than 25 years of experience in construction.
- Equipment: We have advanced computer equipment, giant and high definition screens, as well as external hard drives where we keep records of plans and calculations for up to 5 years to have them available for our clients.
- Software: We have specialized Software to measure plans and to calculate construction costs, as we receive frequent price updates.
Our clients know that we will be able to deliver on time and be accurate with our estimates as we have experience and always commit and focus all our attention on doing them in a professional way. On special occasions and contractor’s request we can communicate with their clients on his behalf for clarifications or to answer specific questions, RFI’s. We always introduce ourselves as their estimators and as part of their company. This gives them a greater presence and professionalism as customer service.
